Fargo Kiambu is the worst ever! The staff are so unreliable and not professional at all. I really do not understand why they would offer pick up services yet claim their car (a track) can not go into Thindigua area cause of the terrain. Yet small Uber/bolt cars get it in??!! I have heard this issue not once or twice and have even issued a complaint to head office but no solution. This is absurd and to say am disappointed is an understatement. I’ve lost some customers because of these nonsense! The staff would confirm to come for a pick up yet don’t show up! Wish you had a disclaimer you only service surbarb clients where the roads are all tarmac. The discrimination is very unfortunate considering how the market is and we have alternatives courier services. Would never recommend this company to anyone ever !!!

Met Janet at wells Fargo courier desk , in the lexa petrol station on ngong road. she was working with a client but she managed to say hello. she told me they are open from 08;00hrs to 5;00pm and Saturday half day from 08:30hrs to 12;00. my niece sent mail to mombasa and she was happy with the service. Good job Janet....

I had my luggage delivered by one japheth Munee in Kiambu and he was extremely rude and abusive. I had bought goods from my supplier who delivered using this service. It's pathetic to have such mean people make deliveries. He delivered hell on an early morning. Narcistic and has no sense of customer care or satisfaction. If these are your kind of workers, count me out. Customer care was understanding and supportive though when I made my complaints.
