Great atmosphere around, the environment is very clean. Good for holding events and wedding. Outdoor sitting is amazing and good for kids because of the swings. The restaurant doesn't have a lot to choose from but it's sure nice, meals are affordable, but prices for drinks are high. The swimming pool is beautiful and clean, 800ksh for adults and 500ksh for kids. At the reception, the welcoming is good. The place also has a large area for parking.

Extremely poor customer service. Filthy washrooms. I have been there 2 times in a span of 3 weeks and it was the worst experience I have ever had in a restaurant. We had to look for a waiter only for the waiter to disappear for 40 minutes without bringing the menu. When we inquired again they gave us a makeshift menu and we ordered our food and soda. An hour later not eveb the soda has come. We ask one last time and after twenty minutes they only bring one soda out of the three we ordered. We decided to leave only to find almost 10 waiters just having fun and laughing near the kitchen. Second time round same story again. We came to bring the kids swimming, we had to get chairs ourselves. The table we sat on was filthy. Similarly poor customer service. Disastrous changing rooms. The waiters would come and disappear never to be seen again. We were served coffee with a dirty cup and after two hours of waiting we were told the kitchen was closed. So frustrating. The manager doesn't even walk around to see how things are going. He is sat in his office doing nothing. I would not recommend this place especially if you're going with kids. They will starve you and not care
