Awful customer service. Never pick calls. Rarely respond to emails. Unable to share and stick to a clear work plan. Unable to meet any deadlines. Full of excuses. VERY VERY RUDE Management. Avoid them at all costs!

Poor customer service.. Don't pick calls and never bothers about clients work taking more than 3 months to complete.. Really disappointed and can't recommend anyone here.

Very poor customer service. Called them severally, they won't return calls. Even visited their offices and called with reminders. A week down the road and no progress. Promised to send a technician yesterday - he is yet to turn up. Really disappointed.
