I'm so lucky not to have invested in them. I even went to their offices and I was being shown on paper very beautiful projects to be constructed. It was then I researched and found that they had court cases in almost all their properties. I never contacted them since and never had interest in their properties until the other day on TV when buyers were going to Cid headquarters to file complaints.
These guys are a fraud! I paid a deposit for Lynx Muchai Drive in 2017 and to date, the project has barely commenced. I tried to recover those funds but it has been cat and mouse game ever since. DO NOT INVEST your money with them. Learn from our mistakes. Funny, they think Karma is not real.
They do not deliver on projects advertised!!! I paid for 2 apartments that they they had committed to finishing and delivering to me in 2014. 5 years later, I am chasing them down for a refund! And they have refused to refund my money. Complete fraudsters!!!
Buyer Beware!! If you value your money please DO NOT make the mistake some of us made going for their attractive looking projects. They will not deliver and you will regret it. You have been warned
If you have some money to invest, stay away, away from Suraya Property Group. Investing with them just means feeding their greed for money they didn’t work for. I paid them several million shillings for an apartment to be built in their Classix Four Ways Kiambu Road project. It’s been 5 year and no construction has begun on the said property. Many other investors with Suraya have suffered a similar fate. Suraya is now advertising more aggressively to catch clients who have not heard their story. Be warned if you are one of those. Once Suraya takes your money, they will not respond to your emails or phone calls. Stay away! Suraya owners should be arrested and charged in a court of law for fraud. Too much for innocent investors.

These guys are not truthful. I invested with them 6 years ago for an apartment at Lynx@Royal but nothing to show. They took money from buyers and took a loan with the bank and used the land as security. Now they are playing cat and mouse games with us. Project stalled, we are now staring at massive losses. I HIGHLY DONT recommend. Avoid them like a plague
