The quality of your products is good but customer service is poor especially when ordering online. You can not indicate one thing online but indicate differently when the product is being delivered
The bags are not of the best quality, but they are cute. Got one for my laptop but I it looks like these bags are made for the mini-laptops and tablets. The zip could not lock well with my laptop. Also, I had to replace with a stronger zip from a local tailor. The shop is quite hard to locate in the CBD.
