Their customer service when purchasing online is very pathetic. They claimed to have made a mistake while addressing my purchase via courier so my package was finally sent to me via a substitute courier which was cheaper and I had paid a higher amount for the courier of my choice. I ended up receiving my package later than expected and I haven't received any refund for the extra amount I had paid for courier service. Also, the person communicating online when you make an inquiry isn't really offering adequate information for the product you wish to buy and is also rude when you ask questions concerning your purchase
