I wish there was anything below 1 for ratings because this place deserves negative ratings. I decided to help my sister in law find a place during her stay in Kenya and thought that this place would be a go. When she got there , lo and behold , the room looked nothing like the pictures and then she was made to wait to check in only for her to be told that her room still had another client that had decided to extend ! Ok, then she gets another room that was dirty and the some broken furniture . Elvis the representative helping her , was so rude and honestly either needs a new job or some customer service training because I heard him on the phone because she called me to clarify details. To add insult to injury, she has never been issued her refund because she decided to walk away and deal with her jet lag elsewhere. Can someone else please help us. We need that 340 back.

FALSE ADVERTISING. Rooms are not what the photos show. MOLD in the bathroom. Horrible customer service. STAY AWAY!
I booked these apartments online but once i got to the apartments it looked nothing like the photos. They looked neglected and rundown. Water kept cutting off while taking a shower, kitchen equipments are so old and some did not work. Only good thing is it’s proximity to the mall.

What they advertise is not what you get once you arrive at the facility. I booked my stay with them which was to be for about 3 weeks. On reaching at the facility they kept me waiting stating that my room was not ready. After sometime they come back and said that they have another room for me since the person who was in mine decided to extend. They took me to the other room which was very dirty to say the least. Looked like some just went in there hurriedly with a broom after the guest checked out and just swept it. I requested Elvis ( very arrogant guy) to issue a refund so that I can get somewhere else to stay. He agreed and one month down the line he’s still refusing to issue my refund. I would NEVER recommend this place to any one. POOR customer service, dirty rooms and false advertisement.
Horrible and poor customer service!!!!! Go here and expect disappointments.. There are no complaints mechanism. Elvis the front office guy, completely unresponsive and completely refused to link us to the management to escalate and complain our issues. Bad rooms that do not look like the ones shown . I wouldn't recommend this to anyone.
They are good apparyments but they should equip every room with washing machines especially if you are staying for a long time as their laundry services are poor. Also you report something not working like a cooker but no one cares. The cleaners do their best but the mamagement is very poor.
Threatened to beat us up... they extorted money from us... they chased us out... They turned off the water... they chased us off the swimming pool... is there any more I can say... this is the worst place on earth.
