Overpriced and lack of care. They forgot to do a few of the requested repairs and most importantly forgot to tighten bolts connecting the wheel to the drive shaft. As a result my wheel almost fell off and I was stranded up country as the issue damaged my perfectly fine drive shaft. They did send a replacement drive shaft up FOC but I can't recommend these guys. UPDATE: I have since discovered the drive shaft that was supplied wasn't the correct part for the vehicle and now requires replacement, having also damaged the wheel hub. My car had no issues before visiting Extreme Auto, since the visit I have had so many problems costing me over 100,000 KES. Having driven 50,000km across Africa this was the worst and most costly service / mistake. Total disaster.
