Bought shoes almost for 200 USD but it has defects as small holes in the rubber that let water to come in. They told me in the store that those shoes are totally waterproof but it's not. The glue has such a poor quality. It's not waterproof at all. And management doesn't even want to refund me any money. They say it's my problem. How come is it my problem if the quality is bad? The review of my complaint took more than 1 week. And it's not a cheap product, you should sell just quality products for such a high price. I don't recommend that shop to anyone. Dear management, You cannot sell such expensive shoes with such poor quality. Kindly consider my complaint.
