The homes are not of quality. The iron sheets were imported from china. Mr. Kinyajui the director confirmed they didn't receive what was ordered however they went ahead and used the iron sheet anyway. Some houses have leaking roofs even before handover. So many of the subcontractors have confessed how this project has been a mess starting with Roofing. If you are thinking about buying your home through Willstone think twice. The projects are not of quality. Willstone, what are doing in current situation in Grand view Estate leaking roofs, Windows pretty much residents are in flooded houses at this moment. And you are busy advertising new estate and you haven't even delivered what you have collected money for/the estates that clients have paid already.

Very good bungalows done by Wilstone homes, at a very fair price too.
Beautiful three bedroomed bungalow with double ensuite and is sitting on a 40/80 size of plot in a gated community estate with one access gate and a personal gate for every owner in its own compound.
