The sales department opens for customer purchases at 8:30am and not 8am as you'd expect. Security personnel very professional and friendly. Personnel at the sales department patient and quite helpful. Prompt and precise service. I left a happy customer.

Poor service delivery After buying and completing by 12.45pm, we took the order to the stores for picking the goods. We were told to wait for 2.00pm they have lunch first despite the fact that they close at 1.00pm. Arrogance and little care for customers feelings Good lesson as I am sure they have competitors
They waste your time , I do not recommend them at all. No proper coordination ,I was given a wrong costing on email and Whatsap when I visited it was something else when I asked why so they say it was input error. Non of calls work and Whatsap they reply when they feel like. So you have to visit them and wait till there lunch hours are over.
Please note they close for lunch between 12.45 and 1.30 do when you're planning to visit make sure you have an appropriate appointment before hand

Not sure how these people do business. None of their numbers listed on their website goes through. They don't even ring. It's infuriating!
Kenpoly can be dodgy especially if you need some goods to be exchanged. Since you’re communicating on email, they’ll keep saying they’re sending you an email but they don’t. When you call again, it’s the same script. Lesson: if by any chance you need to return goods, please don’t hang up the phone until you receive an email from them. Or you’ll be left frustrated. Such poor customer service!!!
