My frist choice was kenya Orient in mombasa but moved to Nairobi when the sticker get expired I wanted to repaire the sticker in Nairobi one of their branch but i was so upset bady i waited more then two day to repaire it, but no clue, finally i changed the company they are not good enough to help people go find other companies.

They have a good team but getting help is a bit tricky since they don't have a reception or help desk, you get in and all you see is the sales team which is a bummer really cause sometimes you just want to enquire about something and not really buy insurance. Also, the sales guys don't know everything so you're most likely to get stranded while asking for help. Also you should be careful not to mistake the two buildings cause they are both almost similar. Even namewise. There's only one sign board and it's on the other side of the building so high chances are you'll have to ask around. The good thing is people around that area know exactly where it is.
