Good to see a bit of history, shame it is not being looked after and slowly degrading. Would be fantastic to see a properly restored steam engine from history rather than one falling to pieces and soon becoming dangerous to climb into!!

Nice fancy place for your free time family
If you love old stuff go visit this place! Really awesome vintage trains.
Absolutely loved this place!
You will learn much about the Railway history in Kenya when it began in 1896 from Mombasa on the Kenya on the Indian Ocean to Kisumu on the eastern shore of Lake Victoria in 1901, the hardship and death that met the builders of the railway is well captured and documented in the museum —including that of the man-eating lions at Tsavo plains which claimed over 134 victims. Afterwards you can go explore the locomotives which are accessible including the cabins. You will also love the murals that all of the museum contributed mainly by local artists. This is a place I would recommend for a #date, #explorers and #photographers #photographysite
An fantastic place to experience the history of Kenya Railways.
A fantastic afternoon of learning the well detailed and kept history of the Kenyan railway system from the colonisers to current day; plus great old trains you can jump in & out of!
Nice place to see things you probably haven't ever seen. Old trains. Well for me, I had never seen them in real life.
