I don’t understand how on earth I would buy a bag costing 2999/- from your Junction Branch. The following day, the strap gets torn off. I return the same to the branch only to meet an impolite lady assistant (or is it the store manager); she insists that she won’t accept it back because according to her, I never picked the bag when it had a torn strap. She didn’t even bother to hear me out, since it is likely that the particular brand of bags could have a defect in the stitching of the strap. She walked away from me and I only told her that it’s not so much about getting a replacement; rather I notifying the company to review that particular brand of bags. I have been a faithful customer of LC Waikiki ever since it was launched in Kenya and this is my first rude experience dealing with someone who ought to be the best face of the company acting this way.
