Mahiga homes deals with affordable housing. They build homes -mostly 3bedroom homes in the outskirts of the city. With Ksh. 5M you have a home! Their HQ is based at the citadel building on 5th floor. Their customer service is good. I got the opportunity to talk with the CEO,Mr Peter. I found him to be very firm and engaging. They have a couple of ongoing projects,if you are like me who is interested in complete projects; you are covered. If you don't mind buying off plan, you are sorted too!
A well renowned developer for affordable housing. Not the best houses in the market, but with the price they offer, I believe it is good enough.
