Love the classes here. However the cycling class would be more awesome if the cycling instruction could follow the music. It feels very off beat and out of rhythm when the instructor only gave instruction based on RPM/ watt. I think the music should be ore carefully paired to the pace to the cycling.
I think the gym requires sufficient ventilation. The resulting high humid air, by sweating cyclists, should be exhumed and not suppressed by fans or air conditioning. All in all, it’s a one of a kind gym in East Africa, well equipped with computers to measure substantial cycling metrics.
