Good training facility. Well equipped and very affordable. Poorly trained trainers, very unprofessional and abusive in some manner. Would not recommend this gym especially for ladies. Trainers, particularly gee fitness, to avoid generalizing, do not adhere to any professional code of conduct! Very uncomfortable experience!

Well, this is one of the best gym around Nairobi that's worth its money. Customer service is very professional plus the gym trainers. They offer fitness classes ranging from spinning, dancing and aerobics. Machines are quite in number, be assured you won't miss any. The only downside is only during peak hours where the spaces get very limited.

Best affordable gym all over Nairobi.. Everyone should try them since they have 3 branches across Nairobi.. And it's only 3500 Bob a month... And its a cosmopolitan gym .. Has awesome panaromic views of Parklands.
