My advice is: ask for the lodges vouchers to confirm the reservations before you travel! We paid for our reservations of our 3 day safari in Tanzania, and we hadn't receive any confirmations. We sent them lots of e-mails asking for the vouchers, and no concrete answer. A month later, we discovered that they had never payed the lodges on our itinerary, and that in fact we had no hotels reservations for our trip! They are so disorganized. Receive our money and don't use it to what should be used. And so you take the risk to arrive at the destination country, and discover that you are not staying in the lodge that you had chosen. So disapointed about Solaris Tours & Safaris. I don't feel comfortable to travel with them, and don't recommend my friends to do either.
Cheating company! We booked a Safari in Kenya and Tanzania with them but the program wasn't what we paid for. We had to pay fees again, even it was already included. If we didn't pay again this activity was just completely skipped. We got downgraded accomodations. And we lost a lot of time in our holiday with waiting, dicussions and arguing. They still owe us more than 500 US , always promising to pay soon but it's already 9 months ago and they didn't pay. Never go with them on Safari, be carefull!
