Awesome place, clean and quite, I shall recommend their BBQ platter....it's delicious. They have indian & Pakistani food option. My all time favourite restaurant, it's in Dimond Plaza Mall at ground floor.

I have had the privilege to have visited a lot of places in Nairobi. This takes the medal. Service: 100/10 - we were served by Mr Dennis, who was a true hospitality gem. I don't think I have ever met anyone quite like him and I doubt I ever will. He made sure every need was catered for, and went out of his way for it as well. Food: 10/10 - we had the pleasure of having the gourmet pizza, passion fruit juice, pineapple and mint juice and a plate of the classic chips. If I have to break it down, the chips and the pizza was excellent. The passion juice was delicious, the perfect blend of sweet and sour. The pineapple mint juice had a little flavour lacking, but this was fresh juice and pineapples aren't quite in season either. Ambience: 10/10 They have three seating areas. One is the classic outdoor cafeteria vibe with seating arranged perfectly far apart for social distancing (and privacy). The other is on the upper level with really good lighting and the sound of a waterfall running makes it super sweet. The upper level is split in true classical Arabian style with a private section and a more open section as well. The seating is great, the sound of the waterfall is very relaxing. I went in feeling like a mess and left feeling so chill and relaxed. Price: 10/10 - seriously, Parklands is known for pretty expensive places to eat, Urban Point has a very reasonable, pocket friendly price. Additionally - they deliver as well, Mr Dennis assisted us with a pamphlet with his phone number for delivery as well.
