I love this place. Quite convenient and as it's just slightly off the main highway. They have a lot of options to choose from with varied prices depending on your budget. Check it out, never disappoints .

Worst experience ever. I bought items from the Westlands store on a Saturday( 28th November 2020).The items included a dining set, TV stand coffee table and matching nesting stools. The delivery was done on Wednesday 2nd December. Upon delivery the coffee table was missing. The delivery staff mentioned that it was mistakenly excluded and that they will deliver it to me soon. They asked me to talk to the sales person. The sales person later informed me that the warehouse staff accidentally broke the table while loading it onto the truck. He explained that the tables for sale were out of stock and that the only pieces left had been reserved. I had to wait for feedback on 9th December. I was told the table was available and would be delivered soon. It is now 15th December ,17 days since payment and I have not yet been given a definite time when my coffee table will be delivered. I opted to pick the coffee table myself on 10th December despite paying delivery fees for the sake of my piece of mind but I was met with more excuses. I was told the warehouse system was down. My email written on 2nd December went unanswered. When I call asking to escalate the issue to management so that at least I get a date when the delivery will be done, I have been informed severally that meetings are ongoing. No follow up phone calls are ever made except from the sales person(which is only when I call the office). I am utterly disappointed and wondering when customer service went to the dogs and such unprofessionalism became acceptable. I suggest you buy items elsewhere unless of course you have a high tolerance for inconveniences and excuses.

Worst customer service, their delivery response Zero. If you want to be treated with dignity this not the place to go to. Just take your money go somewhere else. You wont regret it. They have even indicated on the wall "SORRY NO REFUND OR EXCHANGE" This tells you that you are about to ripped off. All that are after is your money not the service they offer you.
