Located at a scenic landscape just a few hundred metres from the Hell's Gate National Park entrance which is approximately 20km from Naivasha Town along the Moi South Lake Road, it is popular with beginner rock climbers. Identification documents are required at the Park gate as with all other KWS parks. Have fun!

Fischer's Tower is an interesting 45 meters tall rock climbing opportunity just inside Hell's Gate National Park. Still interesting to look at if you are not into rock climbing ....
Best view I've heard in days .....worth climbing till to the peak
Fischer’s Tower has an amazing scenery surrounded by the Central Tower, and the park’s gorge. Fischer’s Tower came to be as a result of volcanic activity that occurred 35 million years ago. It was later named after a German explorer named Gustav Fischer, and it is now one of the park’s many popular rock climbing sites. So amazing that we had our picnic and photos around the beautiful rocks formations, before we proceed with our tours.
Located within Hell's Gate National Park, this is an ideal place for rock climbing. Surrounding it is the vast Hell's Gate wilderness. From the tower, one can have a very amazing view of the scenery around. The rocks of the tower, however, seem a bit weak and climbers are advised to put on protective gear. Inexperienced climbers should contact the Park's management for instructions on how to do it right.
The scenery is incredible
At Fischers Tower we went rock climbing. Maybe too easy for regular rock climbers, but for beginners like us quite a challenge. And the view on top was very good!
