By far the best moving company in Kenya. Their services are top notch You barely have to lift a finger during the move. Sure, there's cheaper movers out there, but they just cannot compete with Nellions' attention to detail and customer service.
Nellions movers and relocations were very professional from the first contact we made and all through the planning, changing of move dates due to the COVID prevention protocols they were able to change the move date to accommodate our new request. They appeared professional in the beginning but when we lost some items, the handling of the situation made us see the gaps we had identified during the move, I would not recommend at all. The staff were unsupervised making it the job of the home owner to ensure everything ran smoothly.
Nellions was recommended, and from the start they were responsive, helpful and really assisted me in the best way to assist in packing up the home of elderly friends. Their thoughtfulness in suggesting we might be able to use ‘a half shared’ container was a great financial saving. Also all the documents required for the process here and in the uk went completely smoothly. The actual packing was immensely thorough from wooden bowls to family china and mirrors. Thank you all.
The team did an amazing job. They were so professional and arrived on time. The team led by Dominic and Maxwell did not disappoint. They were very lively and responded to each of our request with an amazing attitude. I was very impressed. I highly recommend them and will definitely use them again.
