They have a great selection but awful, borderline criminal service. I made an order for a Powerline network adapter and they were out of stock of the one I selected. They said they had a more expensive model in stock but that was over my budget and I requested a refund. Network Options has not responded to a single email in over a month since I requested a refund. They have attempted to run off with my money. Luckily my credit card company will be dealing with them and getting my money back. Network Options, I will remove this review if you make the situation right again.
