I ordered spares while at Kerugoya - (KirinyagaCounty) and the experience was awesome. At first, I ordered a pair of tie rod end and within 3 hrs I got my spares and were fixed the same day. Later in the evening, I ordered Ball Joints. I received them the same day but were fixed the following day. Kudos Onestop Garage (Baricho Road).
