The worst customer service altough the meat is ok. We just opened chicken drumsticks bought yesterday which was cooled all the way. When opening the chicken we immediately got a bad smell. We try to ask swapping it, but both branches would accept 'as it is their policy to not take returns'. This is not how good customers should be treated, we tried to talk this out but without success. Therefore this bad review and we are taking our business elsewhere.
