I recently installed vinyl flooring in a modest-sized apartment. The vinyl is textured so it feels quite natural under the feet and is definitely tons better than cold tiles and much more visually appealing too. It's noise absorbent, water and scratch resistant (they demonstrated with very tough sand paper at the shop) and has a 10-year warranty. I liked that it's more affordable than laminate and easier to install and maintain - plus it was on offer. And that you can move house with it. About Quick-Step Decomagna, where do I start? They provided exceptional customer care from office and logistics managers to survey and installation technicians. Kamau's reliability, flexibility and diligent follow-ups were simply remarkable (he managed my survey and installation and was always on time and very helpful with expert advice). Thanks again Decomagna for patiently advising me on my first vinyl installation and for the wonderful service. Considering that this was for a rather small space, you made me feel mighty special! I would definitely come back!
