I got the worst customer experience. My oven was never repaired in the end. h He started the work, then mid way, said that we needed to re wire the oven, that the wiring was wrong, I needed to buy a surge protector and convertor. I went ahead and paid for these items. He was to come back the next day but claimed to be sick. He never came back. I asked him to refund my money and he never has. I called another technician who repaired the oven without re wiring, neither did we require the surge protector. needless to say, the mortar which had cost me 12k to rewind refused to work when connected to the oven.... I have one word to describe you... CON. I hope that God will deal with you accordingly.
