We had a nice stay...the food was on point though you have to order in advance...the rooms are neat and well kept..with white linen...well lit and aerated..there is a fan to cool you down in the hot weather. The staff are super friendly, polite, welcoming and quick to respond to requests. We also visited lake chala and lake jipe. Will definitely come back

Clean rooms and facilities. Good service with decent local food. Order in advance if you are visiting the lake and want to stop there for lunch, prep takes long.

The hotel is very lovely, from the cleanliness,the food,the friendly staff and manager of the establishment who was always ready to assist Great views of Mt.Kilimanjaro in the morning and Lake. Chala is a few minutes away .There is a bonfire at night and also a small camping ground for campers that is well maintained. Loved my stay at the resort

Rooms well maintained, food is fresh and on make to order basis. Place is small and quite hidden, along a stretch of murram road, easy to miss if traveling in the dark. Though the name suggests the presence of a river, there is not one to be seen from the resort unless one ventures out. River Kyala, though about 300m from the resort, is quite a beautiful view!
