We ordered a pasteurizer and an incubation tank. Apart from the fact that the equipment were delivered 2 weeks than the agreed date, the incubation tank was without a tap and way shorter than the pasteurizer making it impossible to use. Of which we returned for rectification after a bit of push and pull. The pasteurizer was meant to take one hour at full capacity (300 L). However, on the first attempt with 46 litres, it took 3 hours to pasteurize, and the cooling jacket couldn't cool so we had to physically scoop out the milk and cool it manually. The tap (orifice) for emptying the milk was positioned in a way that all the milk could not drain out from the pasteurizer making the process very difficult and increasing the chances of milk contamination and moulding. In addition, once we emptied the pasteurizer, we realized that bottom plate had been warped by the heat making the stirrer to come into close contact with the plate which affected the motor function. The company promises 13 months warranty and we are hoping against hope they will rectify the issues raised which have been verified by their technician named frank. However, in brevity don't take your money to herritech. The technical issues are overwhelming and the customer service is awful! Nonexistent! Buyer be ware!
