Terrible! Such a time wasting experience. I queued for 1.5hours and my issue was still unresolved. In this day and age, Safaricom should figure out ways to make customer experience easier and their services more efficient. When you serve so many people in a day, why would you have only 4 people attending to them? Also, why don't you allow people to check in, then go about their business then alert them via text to come receive their service?

The Safaricom shop in Moi avenue is so neat and elegant. the Digi farm digital farming is advertised on the wall. it is a good Programme that involves inputs. access to credit t farmers . the Programme involves buyer driven production-farmer profiling-input requirements-loan product-production-market Facilititation. one ought to dial *994# and get more details. the team were very friendly and Mwangi gave us really good customer service. the music is nice and the people are very friendly. for home they have services like Wifi extender, surveillance, android TV. they sell an Ematic to you at 7000/- and you get all the facilities digital.iphone 12, is 117,000/- and 128,000/-. we bought a Oppo A92 at 27991/. the tax . was 3861/-. all in all it was a wonderful experience as the team was very helpful. No pictures allowed due to terrorism. very nice elegant, clean shop. They live up to the simple.transparent.honest DNA of safaricom. Today i am inspired by the wrong things that happened to me to encourage young people who qualify to join BYOB. the reason is that we have been made to believe that we must all work blue collar. we cannot all work in the few offices that exist. young people just need direction and they use the energy to do something. look at the case of moses and david who have an innovation that helps drive a car with the brain. i cannot even imagine where to start with such a thing. how does someone become so innovative, is it the schools , is it the neccessity or is it the investment that propels one to this level? i would really like to see them again hosted by sheila and tuva. - good job guys i also saw wixx, and mbogi ya genje... i had a question for them, how long have they been doing this?
