Went there for a brainstorming meeting with a team of 6 for a night. Had a great experience. Amazing and personalized reception and service, good food (I'd recommend the mbuzi dry fry to anyone), beautiful and comfy rooms (for those of us who did tents also had a great experience with the soothing sound of the river) and, finally but importantly, affordable rates! Thanks, Havila! Will definitely be coming again

So, assume you have had a rollercoaster of a week and you looking to unwind and rewind. Or you are into nature walks and the outdoors and things rocky. Or you are just looking for a quiet place to reflect on yourself..or the global economics after the pandemic. You know what? Havila Resort is the place. You will sample the best of the best...away from the rest. Quiet. Natural. Lovely. And there is biking, and archery and nature trailing, and rafting.... Located on the Makutano-Sagana Road (Nyeri-Nairobi A2) some 7 kms from Sagana. A nice place for relaxation, unwinding and team building
Excellent place. The waterfall scenery is breathtaking, customer care is great, and the food is amazing. They also have the awesome serenity park, where you can go have some relaxing time with nature. I'd definitely recommed.
The sound of the river flow fills you with peace. The Kienyeji chicken is sumptuous and affordable. The customer service is top notch.

Coolness explained in a scene is the name for Havila Resort. The place has many spots to relax, connect, enjoy, camp, conference or just walking around. Located a few meters from the highway, one gets to access the place easily. With lots of garden ground available here, you get to choose the activity of your choice from, a wedding, team buildings, camping, corporate meetings etc. The island was my best spot, a river dividing the section into two, you get to be between two rivers. The food from the restaurant is also well prepared and served, and the cost, very affordable!! I would recommend the place over and over again, (why? Did my wedding here ) Big ups Havila
Probably one of the coolest places in Sagana. The food is actually very tasty and you have amazing views of the rapids (or is it a mini-waterfall) on Sagana River. The staff are also friendly. In fact the manager is called Eric and he is such a happy soul. Very professional as well. Loved just driving from Nairobi to Sagana for lunch.
Very nice resort with amazing views. Close to the main highway but feels like you're deep in a park. You can see the Sagana river from the resort. There are many sports and activities you can engage in from cycling to archery.
