The parking ticket booth should just have an Mpesa PAYBILL for cashless payments. You have to either visit the parking office or inquire from the security personnel in the premises for assistance. The *265# method only works if the system camera picked your car number plate, otherwise it doesn't recognize so you have to walk all the way back to the office to pay by Mpesa

Well planned building with spacious spaces and more than enough parking space, hope other builders can borrow a leaf from Sameers architecture design. The place is also very well organised, sparkling clean with well manicured flower beds.
They are covid compliant. Great and helpful security.
