Very poor service. Samsung sell phones they do not have spares for. Instead of taking customer contacts to notify them once they receive a spare, they say come and visit them the next day to check with them. I mean we are in the 21st century with all sorts of ways to communicate. Gone are those days when physical visit is a must to sort an issue out. Get your act together Samsung!

This place is super expensive. Consultation alone cost Ksh. 1000 before your devices problem is determined. Spare parts costs way too high. Phones in this are are the most expensive compared to the prices that you will find out there. Samsung might be vouching for them but I would advice anyone who is not into spending a lot to try elsewhere. You get same services and products and a more affordable price
