If I could choose I would never have buy the delonghi coffee machine in hot point. Poor service and we have spent 50k for nothing .

We bought a nutricook smart pressure cooker several months ago. The machine worked for for weeks, but later stalled. It was covered by warranty. We took it for a repair which first took more than two months. After few weeks in use, it broke again. The machine is still under repair, this time for more than two months. We continued calling hotpoint's service center and they made several promises. None of these promises are delivered. So in general. Their service is frustrating. There is no point to buy goods expensive hoping to get service from Hotpoint service center. Disappointed!
The hotpoint contact center is very frustrating. I paid a non-refundable fee for diagnosis and once it was done they went silent and didn't communicate to give me the quotation. Contacting them is a total headache, I've not been successful since.

It's a worst service center with no technical experts in Kenya,they need to have compitend service of there products and appliances,I asked the spare for washing machine F1069FD3S they're not aware with models they sale worst service center ever.
Worst service center ever. I made two trips to pick my cooker after confirmation it was repaired by the center only to find out no work has been done on it. Service fee paid in full. Don't bother with this place of you have an alternative.
Had a bad experience, they haven't fixed a microwave for a year and than are telling me but it has been so long !!!
