ALL UNDER ONE ROOF FITNESS SPACE -CLARION GYM & SPA Being a fitness enthusiast my one goal was to explore the Clarion gym. Customer service was top notch. We were well received and guided throughout the gym. The gym is centrally located opposite the Jevanjee Gardens on Moi Avenue Street. Gym prices are at 6500/ Kenya Shillings monthly that includes tide of gym machines, aerobics , Sauna and Steam bath, clean cloak rooms and bathrooms. They also have spaces to keep your gym attires safe and in house massage area. Tell you what, it’s a great “All Under One Roof” kinda self care “shop”. However the only downside is that the weekly program is limited to body circuit. This is a type of gyming activity whereby an instructor sets up different workouts stations with different exercises and you have to do all these exercises to complete the circuit. One can do one, two or three rounds of the circuits. So here at Clarion Gym they focus on circuit exercises Monday to Saturday. Well if you are a fit junkie like myself you will find this monotonous but again if you love having a specified routine you will definitely enjoy this. There are also very limited gym equipments . Other than that the whole set up is okay and spacious.

Loved loved the rooms and relaxed ambience. It's so private and serene you even forget you are in Nairobi. The massage was awesome especially their hot stone at a very affordable price. Will definitely be back soon.;)
