Deal with them at your own peril. This is the worst courier company you can ever deal with as an entrepreneur or ecommerce store owner. Their Tanzania branch is a virus, the guy handling their delivery is so rude and unprofessional. You've been warned. They will promise heaven and earth in terms of delivery but at the end of the day, they will mess you up. They owe me up till now in both Tanzania and Kenya despite getting in touch with them and their CEO to resolve all these.
