Don't deliver goods in time as promised,they take u round n round to frustrate u, bought an item 6days ago and still waiting for it to be delivered... N no communication from them..... Zero customer service.... ..am coming for my refund....

A home deco and furniture shop at Garden City Mall. It is well stocked with a wide range of plumbing, home deco, garden and furniture range of products at competitive prices. The only problem is the lengthy process of purchase and collection of items purchased. In addition, their staff are not so well versed with some products. I advise customers to make sure they read the labels before purchase as their return policy is lenghy and cumbersome.
Quality unique furniture, bathroom ware, curtain fabrics, paintings, vases, carpets etc can be found here. Prices are affordable.

Why should i be told to leave my bottle of water at the luggage section....so annoying, we are not children to go spilling water....am not leaving my drinking water with anyone. The prices displayed on the shelves is not what is on the system during the holiday sale, something you should look into to avoid the back and forth queries. Your staff are very helpful and have good customer service.
