Went to get my documents certified today and got a lot of help from the staff there. Found Madam Kagendo at the customer service point and she was of great help. Thank you. Willing to help and got the service I required. Payment is cashless. They have the mpesa and KCB Mtaani Agent options. I had to wait a while though but all in all

Services are not delivered quite well For example a file could take up to a week being MIA Some employees services are poor. Taking loads of time for a single service. No congestion but the delay praises it all
