Hmmmm. This is a melting pot of descriptions. The hospital looks promising from the outside, the receptionist was polite, the process was simple and painless (Thank you NHIF). The triage nurse was also jolly though the triage room is squeezed. Now, when we got to see the doctor, it turned out to be a nonchalant clinical officer slouched on the chair and unsure of his diagnosis. He had a poor bedside manner and came across as unprofessional. We ended up going elsewhere. The toilets are atrocious, nothing to write home about. They could do way way better

I thought the service was great from the gate to the doctor. They accept NHIF cards. You're required to wash your hands and wear your mask at all times and have your temperature checked. Take note of it as you'll be asked by the triage nurse when she's measuring your bp and weight. There was only one consultation doctor hence had to wait for about an hour before my name was read out. The doctor is veeeery friendly and he listens and enquires politely. The pharmacy contains most of the essential drugs which is good. Thanks a lot T.N.H
I wonder what could be the reason why the watchman questions you about your health status. "Wewe ni mgonjwa wapi?". I find it rude & wrong.
There's no privacy as the watchman was questioning me about my sickness instead of letting me to the reception.
They work till late which is a good thing but they don't sell prescriptions over the counter. You need to see a doctor for you to get any medicine. It would be nice of they had a standard chemist.
Nice
The watchman was rude and inquired a lot about my health
Worst hospital experience. Worst experience ever!!
