No toilets for the guests on ground floor..I came in pressed on a hot day and asked the two lady guards at the reception if I can use their washrooms before I went up to see my client(tax agent).The the eye roll was never ending.I just turned around went talked to the polite male guard manning the basement entrance who saw the agony I was experiencing and gave me a "quick fix" solution-neighbours wall was my urinal.
