We had a return flight to Uganda on 29th November, 2020. We were informed by the Immigration team in Nairobi that our COVID 19 certificates had expired and that meant we couldn't board. The Nairobi team led by Mr. Mengo explained to us our options. He handed us over to Sabra in the Uganda Airlines office - Nairobi. She comforted us that we can secure new COVID 19 certificates and whenever we are ready, we can go ahead and secure our tickets at no extra cost. We got the certificates within 24 hours and were able assisted by Rhoda to print out the tickets and the COVID 19 certificates at no cost. To say that Uganda Airlines Nairobi Office is excellent is an understatement. They are timely, efficient and customer conscious as every step of the way. Would work with them again and again. Thank you Nairobi Team.
