Aleem Visram, presently the Principal of the Firm, is a Barrister and Solicitor with 10 years of experience jointly between Kenya and Canada. Aleem is also a Commissioner of Oaths and a Notary Public. Aleem brings significant experience to the Firm in practice areas of: Banking and Financial services; Litigation; Arbitration; and in Mediation. He is a certified Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators in the UK and Kenya branch. He is also an adjunct lecturer at Strathmore University School of Law, where he teaches International Commercial Arbitration. Aleem is a mediator licensed by the Judiciary of Kenya and regularly conducts court allocated mediations. Visram & Co.
