Worst experience ever. I was required to pay for my mesh wire in advance because it was a 'special order' which i did. Delivery of the mesh wire and strainer wire were to be done in 7 days but this ended up being close to 3 wks. The guy called Martin in Nanyuki branch is painfully incompetent and sometimes he could completely refuse to answer my calls when i became impatient because of the delays in delivery of my order. On the day of delivery he said he would deliver by 10am but he delivered at 4pm and at a completely different destination than what we had agreed. He actually deliverd my order beside the road about 10km away from my land. I had to hire a car to get the mesh wire to my land. I also incurred additional costs of a fundi who wasted his whole day waiting for Martin. Most shockingly Martin wanted me to pay his fare back to Nanyuki but i was too annoyed to do that so he went back with the strainer wire to punish me. Humphrey at the HQ is however professional and helpful. All in all i am not going back there. The pain is not worth it.

Only manufacture of home wire products I could find, very good quality. Bad bad customer care experience at the factory, disorganized order process, can do better.
