It's a wonderful day care center for vulnerable children. The programs include a day care center, a gym for children living with various disabilities, a program to prevent mother to child transmission of HIV and a program for street children. They have an initiative called the Seeds of Justice which aims to raise awareness about the dire level of malnutrition as well as other environmental concerns, how these factors affect the children’s well being and what we can do to help. Some of the solutions include the use of permaculture which involves the designing of sustainable farming systems and actually making use of them to better nourish the community. These systems have four main parts: the water cycle, the nutrient cycle, the energy flow and the succession of living organisms. Permaculture is simple to understand, execute and very affordable.
