As much as this is a great place for children to have fun your customer service is not as good. We came there with my family but took us almost 1 Hr for our food orders to be taken. Kindly train your staff on customer experience.
We arrived early, there was no power. Had to wait for hours to get the games up and running! Slow service for food.. Awesome place for kids but limited time.
Very nice place, had great fun with familly. The kids can have a lot of fun, any age because of diverse game areas and parents can enjoy a nice meal in a nice environement.
Beautiful place, majestic ambiance, delicious meals not forgetting the mbuzi choma. Oh! There's a mountain!

Great facilities and atmosphere. Its the service I can't vouch for. Your family will be happier if you went in to swim and play. When it comes to eating, orders take forever to be delivered
