I visited Kenya Nutritionists & Dieticians Institute (KNDI) on 30th August 2019 at Commodore Office Suites. I must say the staff are very professional and helpful. However, the Customer Care person looked so confused during the two times I interacted with her. Keep up the good job KNDI
Pathetic and uncivilized customer care..
Did my license exam June 2019 but up to date the license is not yet out..I decided to visit the office in Nairobi early this year but told to wait for their communication!! Useless guys .
Absolute weird experience. Why would people leaven their desks and start a full blown worship session and pester the clients to join? In a public office?
I paid a visit to KNDI HQ in Mlolongo today. I had to make phone calls just to confirm whether indeed the institution is a public office or it is a private business enterprise! 1. The location is inaccessible. There is no sign board/poster that will help in direction 2. All staff members join a church service in the office anytime from 11:30am. Clients are left stranded outside their offices until they finish the service. Immediately thereafter, they all proceed for lunch and the earliest you will see them is past 2pm! 3. During their service, Clients are not allowed to sit at the reception. One of the officers there said to me ""Enda ukae na soldiers kwa gate mpaka tumalize service" 4. Officers there are very slow in serving clients. Just to confirm payment from a computer took them almost half an hour! Never mind how long it took me to get all processes done. 5. Whoever supervises this office should wake up from the deep slumber!
