A very good place to dine in. It is air-conditioned and well-ventilated too. The upper side offers a beautiful view of the environment. Good customer service too.

Oh wow. Big Square go above and beyond the call of duty. I had my sister's surprise birthday there with some friends. They helped us get the right menu, they surprised her with the cake, singing and being all excited. They were concerned, checking if we were okay continually. Big Square, you are literally Big on your services. Thank you and God bless you richly.

Ambiance is good, good place for kids indoor activities, but serving time is too long hardly you fine any waiters to place order
The food was amazing....thumbs up to the chef....takes only a few minutes for preparation...the fact that i can eat and have my kid play at the playground is just superb....they just killed 2 birds with one stone...the ambience of the place is just serene.....their ice cream is amazing too....happy hour on drinks start at 5pm
Good place to hold a meeting. Full breakfast at Ksh 630 and you will not need to have lunch thereafter.
Unfortunately I have to drop the stars to one. It was so unfortunate that we had to wait to be served for over 40minutes. The waiters were just assuming us and going to tables that have already been served. After raising a complaint is when on of the staff came and gave us the menus but then again unfortunately, the staff left and we waited again for another 20mins!!! You can imagine our dissatisfaction and disappointment. We left without being served after spending a whole hour there and went to another restaurant!! We were just trying to get a quick dinner before curfew time but that did not happen. Felt very disappointed with big square Nyali branch!
