It may not be in the greatest or most easily accessible part of town but, if you are looking for the best African fabrics this is it. We needed to not only get fabric but have a dress done for a wedding the next day. We got the material and in a few hours the tailor had the needs ready!!!

Great place to get African wear customized for you. Though, it gets a bit crowded sometimes and the stores could get confusing if you're not familiar with the place. I'd advise you to be sure of the store you're heading to and ask for directions once you get there. The first digit of the store number indicates what floor the store is located at.

Pretty good place to go if you are searching for tribal style fabric they don't have much on the offers since it's the same type of fabric and designs scattered on different levels but it's the different and creative tailors you find there. They blindside you with very skilled sewing skills and imaginative designs.
Cannot recommend the tailoring services. The tailor was very rude, never finished the piece (which was supposed to be ready in a week, but after over a month of delay still wasn't). They also refused to return the advance payment.
Good place to obtain your fabrics and accessories. It's really a one-stop centre especially for us in the fashion design industry.
If you take your time here you will get a very unique Fabric One tailor did not follow my instructions on what I had asked for when deaigning my piece so you have to be strict when giving instructions to the tailors after buying a fabric. All in all I liked the wide array of fabric designs and material quality to choose from.
My one stop shop for all things fabric. Can be quite confusing for a first timer. The place is actually many small fabric stalls with a variety of fabric for all your sewing needs. Prices are better than most places in Nairobi too
