First time using their service and it was a marvellous service and top quality flowers plus gift. Ordered a Valentine's day gift for my love in Nairobi while in UK. RED Petal florists came through nicely by responding promptly and the whole transaction was very smooth with clear communication. The dispatch was prompt and the quality of flowers and gift was just outstanding. From time of order to delivery, all within the hour!

1 word: FANTASTIC! I live in the UK - 7,000 miles away from Nairobi. I got in touch with RED Petal on a Monday evening to enquire about sorting out a birthday surprise for a friend on WEDNESDAY. Although it was short notice they put together a beautiful arrangement and delivered it in person and on time. Quite simply they made her day and I didn't have to get stressed about anything. Worst service I’ve ever encountered, asked about the Cairo red package & was told I have to choose from the valentines packages only. When I told them I didn’t want a valentines package, I was just ignored & didn’t hear another word even when I asked if I can still get the Cairo red. Just horrible
