I was really upset by 2 Uber drivers who kept me waiting last friday (2nd, August) ..outside the Standard chartered bank on friday, and it was raining. Finally i got onto a Pewin taxi, paid double, and to add insult to injury, i was fined 150 bob for not taking the said cab...i was late for 1 whole hour for my appointment, i am furious for the audacity of Uber drivers, and at the moment, i did not even know whom to call to complain. 2ndly, i call an Uber (4th August, on sunday) and the lady driver confirms, she asks where i am going and i tell her and she declares ..NO, i am not going. I ask why, and she, just like that !! Honestly??, so i call her back and she says, she has rolled over the ride, to another driver !! Fortunately, the other was a perfect gentleman...and i got to my appointment , though i was late by 15 minutes, thanks to madam Uber driver. Frankly, i am not impressed.
I have been trying to sign up as a driver since yesterday. The page has continuously been experiencing a technical hitch. Please help.
